Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total cost of your order, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Product Information and Wellness Disclaimer

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor variations in color or appearance may occur. Our products are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and personal care purposes only. They are not medical devices unless explicitly stated and certified, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Shipping, Returns, and Payment

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are available in the footer of every page.

We accept all returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For returns, refunds, or any other order concerns, please contact us at support@northcovewellness.com and we will assist you.
